Congratulations, the first step is here!
Sometimes only a few seconds separate us from success.
Project Realization Process
1
Application
You can submit your application using the documents listed below throughout the year. We will review the application as soon as possible and let you know whether the project fits our vision and investment capabilities.
2
Preparatory
Activities
If we see potential for further development, we will reach out to you online or in person, go through your project in detail with you, and help finalize the pitch presentation to be delivered to our members.
3
Pitch
A short presentation of the project and answering questions from potential investors. It is generally held in person and in English. After a successful pitch, investors will indicate whether they wish to continue discussions or not.
4
Investment
If discussions move in a positive direction, negotiations on the terms of the investment take place, the technical conditions are agreed upon, and the investment is executed.
5
Post
investment
After the investment, the invested projects periodically report on their progress, take advantage of advice and recommendations from investors, develop steps for the next rounds of investment, and finally, the exit from the investment is agreed and carried out.
Along with your application, we suggest you attach the following documents:
One pager
A One Pager is a document in which you describe your business idea on a single page. This is the first piece of presentation material an investor sees, so it should spark interest. It should include infographics that support the idea. Tell us who you are, what problem you are solving in the market, what your solution is, and what advantages it has over the competition. Show the estimated market size in € – in numbers! Explain how you will deliver the solution and what you have achieved so far – your milestones. Don’t get bogged down in details, and focus on selling the idea as an opportunity for the investor.
Pitchdeck
A Pitchdeck is a document in which you describe your business idea in detail, with all the relevant information. The document should provide a more in-depth explanation of everything you’ve already written in the One Pager. Use graphics and other visual elements. Tell the story in a way that fits your project. Include a market analysis (whether the market already exists or you are creating a new one), and analyze the customer profile and the competition. What is your go-to-market strategy? Develop the business model – What is the value of your service to the customer? What is your pricing policy? What is the cost of acquiring a new customer? Tell us how much money you have raised from investors so far, how much investment you are seeking, and how you will use the funds raised to ensure the company’s growth. Finish with a summary and contact information, and attach a business plan if you have one.
Team
We give priority to startups with strong, dedicated teams that bring diverse skill sets, relevant experience, and passion for their vision. We value exceptional leadership, adaptability, and a growth mindset, as these attributes contribute to a startup’s success. If you haven’t already included them in the Pitchdeck, add LinkedIn links for the team members so we can get to know them more easily.
